You should expect to receive your orders within two (2) working days upon order confirmation depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

In the event of damaged items received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the item to you at no cost, subject to availability. The warranty on products sold at our store (if applicable) follow the warranty rules of the original supplier of that product. For warranty purposes, TheOutfit can provide you with the supplier for the item in question.
Yes, you can cancel your order before our customer service team contacts you to confirm the delivery.

Yes, we have an option for you! You can order all your products online and choose to pick up your order from our store in Amman.
All you have to do is simply choose "Pickup From Store" option when you checkout.
