A floating training-stick designed to teach the proper arm technique for crawl/freestyle.
It helps set the correct hydrodynamic position by improving coordination. Can also be used for relay races or retrieving games.
How to use Zoggs Swim Stroke training-stick:
1. Start with the stick in both hands and arms extended forward and swim.
2. Hold the stick with the left hand and perform the stroke rotating the right arm, until you have again both hands on the stick.
3. Hold the stick with the right hand and perform the stroke rotating the left arm until you again have both hands holding the stick.
4. Proceed in this way alternating each side so that the stick is always held with one hand.
